Managed early production containment for Ford and GM turbocharger programs including shaft & wheel inspection, weld verification, and FAI for every production order. Also supported Tier 2+ supplier sorts and production labor.
Deployed for BMW shock tower CS2 (e-coat and casting issues), VW engine block casting inspection and repair, Ford and Honda CCB EPC, plus MRB support and production labor running VW press while inspecting in-line.
Managed full lifecycle from EPC at launch through CS2 a year later when substrate issues emerged. Provided labor to run the e-coat line, sorted material pre-coating, and handled all Tier 2+ supplier sorts and rework.
